… all day long. Why not?

Our “Cachetona” (big cheeks).

Eva has been practicing how to sit up all by herself. I can’t believe it!

Nolan is a very cute, serious baby!
It never ceases to amaze me how fast times goes by, and how quickly babies grow up into little boys or girls. When I “met” Leela for the first time, she was still inside her mommy’s tummy and now she’s 3 years old. And as cute as ever!

Mommy and daddy wanted an updated photo of just the two of them…

… but after a bit Leela and her dollie wanted in on the fun too! I love spontaneous hugs like this.

Our Element Albums are my personal favorite! Sometimes you don’t have enough wall space to showcase all of your favorite photos OR you want to keep more than just a couple photographs from your session. Well, why not put them in a gorgeous album that you can display on a coffee table or on a bookshelf? Their modern simplicity allows the images themselves to be the center of attention. The albums come in all sorts of sizes, ranging from a small 4×6 to a large 8×12. Each album includes 10, 20, 30 or 40 of your favorite images printed by our lab in vibrant color (or black/white). Each print that you choose is then mounted to each thick page, one print per side. Every Element Album is completely customized to your preference of size, number of images and your choice of cover (there are about 50 great options).

Because of the custom nature of these albums, turn around time is 3 to 4 weeks.

Before Eva was about to eat a fist full of leaves… I grabbed a couple photos. I really love the fall AND the fact that there was one fall day when it was over 70 degrees outside. (5 months old)
I am really behind in posting photos from some recent sessions, of Eva and posts of my favorite baby things. Oops. I’ll get right on that!
*********
Some of you know that I studied music in college. That’s right. Not photography. Music. I still LOVE listening to all kinds of music even though I don’t enjoy the performance side of it anymore (not sure how much I ever did), so as Eva grows up I want her to be exposed to lots of music of all kinds. In all honesty, I don’t like most forms of “baby” music because it sounds to watered down and cheesy. Instead Eva listens to our adult music and seems to enjoy it just fine. For now, she doesn’t have any other choice.
BUT there is one kid’s “band” that I can whole heartedly recommend: Coal Train Railroad.

Katy is a sweet friend of ours and her melodies and voice will charm your kid. Seriously! You need to check out their first self titled CD. Not only are the lyrics absolutely adorable, the tunes are very catchy! I enjoy listening to it myself.
And TODAY is the official release day of their 2nd CD, Coal Train Railroad Swings! You can even listen to some samples at the iTunes store. It’s really fun!
