I don’t know how else to describe Lucas! He is a bubbling, 2 year old that has one of the biggest and cutest smiles I have ever seen. What an adorable little boy!

I am heading to Utah this evening to photograph a wedding on Saturday. I will respond to all emails on Monday when I get back.

Happy weekend!

Today I received the newest West Elm catalog and I was thrilled! I love looking through their displays because their style, which is very modern and yet simple, is my favorite! Today I was especially excited to see their new, black or white, wooden frames with mats. If you don’t want to spend a lot of money, yet you want beautiful displays of your images in your home, buy good frames (such as these) and put your prints in them. You can coordinate your wall display by the colors in the image, or if you want to make a bold statement, go with black and white prints. (If you need help with this editing process, please email me. I’d love to help!)

Frames ranging from 6″x 8″ to 18″x 24″, $16-$54.

You can keep your display simple by arranging the same frame beside each other (in sets of 2 or more), or mix it up with big and small frames all together. There is no limit to the options available!!

The best part about using frames is that you can exchange the prints as often as you want. New season, fresh photos! Every time it’s “in with the new”, put the old prints in an album. There’s no waste here!

Head over to West Elm to see what you think. I’m going to stock up on some for myself.

Last week I met up with Maggie and her parents to capture this stage of their lives. I love seeing how much babies grow and change between portrait sessions. Here she is, one year later! Isn’t her outfit the cutest thing ever!?!
