Megan was my last portrait client for 2008 … and what a GREAT way to end the year! She was so fun to work with and completely open to my ideas. I am in love with her photos… and here is why:

Last week, before I took a few days off to eat turkey and ham, I met up with this beautiful family to get some photos for Christmas. Since they live only a block from 5 points (which is a fabulous place if you’ve never been) we took advantage of the great, urban backdrops.

I had a lot of fun with you guys! Thanks for hanging out in the cold. =)

Last week Shekinah came up from Atlanta just to do a portrait shoot. I feel so honored because of that!

Shekinah has been playing the sax ever since she was a little girl. In May she will get her Master’s Degree. We had a blast walking around downtown Nashville, finding little alley ways and playing for the workers coming out for lunch. Someone even told us we should set out a hat (that we’d make some money if we kept that up.) =)

Here are just a few of my favorites. Shekinah is such a beautiful person!

Last weekend we got to meet, hang out with and then also shoot Seth Condrey. What a great guy! He is working on his latest album to be released sometime this fall. You should check it out!

It has been a while since I last blogged and I apologize because of that. I find it frustrating when the blogs that I follow closely only update about once a month. So I am going to do my best to be more up-to-date on our sessions and activities this year.
