Nashville Wedding Photographer | Melanie & Clayton
12.01.2009We ended our 2009 wedding season photographing the amazing Melanie & Clayton! As we began planning all of the details for the coverage of their October wedding, they made it very clear how important it was that we have lots of time for portraits before the ceremony. In fact, they even rented a trolley bus to drive the entire bridal party (plus us) to the four different locations Melanie had picked out ahead of time. For 2 and a half hours, we had complete creative freedom to do what we wanted. Cade and I were in “portrait heaven” and everyone was having a blast! So fun!
First look.

Stunning flowers by the Franklin Flower Shop.

Love. Love. LOVE the layers in her dress!

Did I mention how beautiful the day was?

The ceremony took place at St. Andrew Lutheran Church.

The fabulous Boxwood Bistro hosted the reception. I absolutely loved all the details, from the modern table arrangements to the outdoor lighting on the balcony. Everything was perfect!

There adorable wedding cake was made by Puffy Muffin.

Clayton & Melanie: We had a blast working with you and your friends/family! It was a fabulous day and we am so excited for you both! Thank you again for fully trusting us and our creative ideas. You are a photographer’s dream!
